Matt and Lizzie Conlon's first child, who is eight years old when her dad signs for Harchester. Her parents are reeling from Matt's affair with Rachel Gately at QPR, and Emma develops an attachment to Tash Parker. The atmosphere at home leads Emma to disappear one day, leaving Lizzie a note saying she doesn't want to be her daughter anymore. Emma walks all the way to the club, where she is spotted by Lynda who takes her home to a hugely grateful Lizzie and Matt. Lizzie's turmoil over Matt and Rachel reaches the point where Emma finds her mom sprawled on the carpet having drunk too much. The Conlon's work through their problems in time for Emma and Jake to walk out onto the pitch with their dad on the final day of the season, following which Matt signs for Bolton.

Not the Bay City Roller but the administrator appointed by the court to oversee the transition between Lynda Block and the club's eventual new owner, when it falls into the hands of the creditors. Faulkner believes they can not wait for new bids for the club when Prash's offer to immediately fix the damaged North Stand is here, and will recommend the bank accept his offer. He is sympathetic to Lynda and advises her that Prash's offer is very good, which if she doesn't accept he will be putting the club into liquidation where it would lose its Premiership status and be unable to function.

A former showbusiness and football agent, representing some big British names in football in the 80’s-90’s, including Harchester's superstar striker Karl Fletcher. Appears at the club's 1997 Christmas party, where he forgets he is already Fletch's actual agent, and tries to snap him up! When Luis drops Fletch as captain in the following season, Fletch gets on to his "Monster Agent" who comes up with the proposition that Real Betis want to buy both Luis and Fletch for seven million pounds.

FA official who comes to the club to investigate Councillor Lal's accusations that his son Hari was racially bullied whilst in the youth team. He interviews Des and Helen, whose answers unintentionally put Frank in the firing line, though Helen defends Frank saying he shouldn't be blamed for what went on. Later in the season, he returns to perform a surprise inspection on the academy, at the precise time there is trouble with drugs courtesy of Alex Wilkinson.
