Interrogates William Marquess and Keith Edwards when they are discovered as causing the trouble which got the Harchester/Lazio game abandoned. When Dean Boyle is advised to cut them loose for being thugs, the Policeman uses it to taunt the men on how Dean has said any Harchester fan caught up in the race riot will be banned from travelling abroad to games. He then sees that Marquess and Edwards are sent home from Italy.
