Brother of the owner of Al Arabi Sports FC, the Saudi Arabian club Karl Fletcher is playing for, when approached by Pilar Hernandez for financial investment. Fletch brings Sheik Al Shaziz to Harchester to see the club, and convinces the Sheik owners Dean and Donna will accept just £2M for their shares. When Pilar gets to Donna, Shiek Al Shaziz is furious at being taken to task by a woman, and pulls out, only for Pilar to offer him a proposition of her own. When their plot of fraudulently getting the club liquidated is compromised, the Sheik's assistant Mustafa Karim is responsible for having Marcel Sabatier accidentally assassinated instead of Stuart, and thus is sort after by the police.
