Don Barker's new boss in his Director of Football role at West Ham. As
if the Play Off final isn't stressful enough, Don annoys him by being late to
the Millennium Stadium where he is supposed to be representing the club. When
Fletch's body is discovered in the VIP car
park, the West Ham team co-ordinator brings the
vehicle records to the Rep. They learn that the car Fletch's
body was found in is a West Ham pool car being driven by Barker, which the
Rep informs the police.
